I have seen both pros and cons about these machines, but like other forums quite often the cons are from a bunch of complainers who like to knock other machines it seems.
I know quite a few people with them, some have had warranty issues that were finally taken care of and some that have been like a Bic pen (first time, everytime). The one I used, welded like a dream, seemed to work as well as could be expected. Are they as good as a Miller Syncrowave or a Lincoln Precision Tig, no they are not, but at their price level, they are very viable.

Thanks Jack. That's good to know and verifies what I've found out so far. As long as you purchase one from a dealer that's been around for awhile and stocks parts it seems to be a fairly safe purchase. That's why I'm looking at the Longevity brand.
