Nah Greg, I haven't gotten around to making a four or 6 way wedge, the diameters of the wood I process vary too much and the switch out of the wedge can become a bit of a hassle.
I do a LOT of smaller dia. stuff. Some times I stack 2 for a 4 piece output with one stroke.

I think you spelled "wright"  rong. Blush  Rotfl

Just wondering  in these photos ( the three below ) showing your welds , did you take the photos before or after the slag was removed ?

Also was the cutter  blunt when you machined this part ?  just the finish looks a bit on the poor side . I mean ruff looking .

Rob, am I supposed to REMOVE the slag? Doesn't it just fall off shortly after painting? 17428

I suppose painting over your welds dose hide a multitude of sins.

Yes it DOES, until it falls off with the slag. Blush
