Penguin, you really need to get stocked up on some more drills, with a tiny assortment like that, you will be needing many more sizes for projects. Lol

(By the way,,, VERY nice arrangement!!)
I'll work on it
My drill bits live mainly by my pedestal drill, with the exception of my (few) MT3 drills and some of my MT2 drills, which live by my lathe.

Metric, imperial, letter and wire gauge drills

Reduced shank drills in a wooden block

The reduced shank drills, MT1 (in plastic tubes) and my MT2 set (black steel case) live on the shelf.

Jack has a collection of tooling that puts mine to shame. He also gets deals that even I dream about.

I didn't realize how disorganized and spread out the drill bits were around here, been sorting, restoring bit holders including the 1st of bit I bought from sears in early 1970's

Some #1 morse taper? thinking they will work on the 6" Atlas lathe? or go along with it at my estate sale....
The stubbies are going to be the one I grind to Tom's s/m drills since we do some rust replacement on not so old of cars these would be great to drill out spot welds!

The best thing I found was the well made Craftsman's index it now has a set of drills and fresh paint while keeping the decal.

Geez Jack!

I have a full blown shop and I don't even come close to putting a dent in the assortment you have compared to mine!!
