This was supposed to be my retirement job and my goal was selling 10 units. I am over 15 now and just getting started. Well it took a few years to perfect everything, make the jigs, fixtures and tooling plus find some machines. Welders, slip rolls, track rolling tool, saws, plus a shop full of goodies. Its just 3/8" sq steel tube welded together and hung on the ceiling for O Scale trains to run on. Figured in 1999 that someone would be interested and i was right. I don't have much time to do this job right and thought about selling or donating everything so someone can get it off the ground so it just sits waiting for me. I had to special order 5,000 feet of tubing and thought i would never use it all and now i had to order more. Enjoy the pics and if anyone needs a new business to enjoy give me a yell. I will even knock off a few hundred thousand :)...Bob

Bob,

You have to be kidding me, I have never seen anything like that before.

Now how could I possibly get my wife to agree to do that Chin

I'm going to have to study those photo's a bit more.

The parts are mig tacked together in special fixtures so the don't warp. I can make straight sections up to 5' long. The curves are for 72 inch track and are really big like hold your arms out 90 degrees apart. I have a male female connector where one side is male is welded and the female side has a lock screw. I weld a nub on the side rail, drill it then use my handy automatic Procuner tapper to bottom tap the 10-32 holes. It works great for that...Bob
