I have this big old cutter that I bought long ago when I had an old horizontal mill that I thought I would eventually get to work. I never did but this cutter was in the closet all those years. It is HSS 2 1/2 x 4 x 1.
I guess I will put it on ebay after I determine what it might be worth.

Check out http://www.victornet.com They sell that type of cutter. I might be interested when you set a price.

Thanks for the help. Now I have something to think about. They had listed a cutter just a little smaller but none the same size. I guess I need to look just a little more to find the exact one.
Yes I have it's exact twin, carefully wrapped up and tucked away in a cupboard since I gave my horizontal mill away about ten years ago !

I guess I need to get rid of this one, no need to keep something I cannot use. I just simply have not made up my mind as to where but I suspect ebay.

You could always offer it for sale on this forum.

I know there are a number of members who have horizontal mills. If it doesn't sell, then you could try ebay. Just a thought.

Ed
make Hawkeye and offer he was showing interest in it

PM received and reply sent.
Harold, the cutter arrived today. Pretty nice. It should leave a really good finish.

Thanks.

WOW that is the quickest I have ever seen anything make it to Canada. About a month ago I sent a little thumb drive to Toronto and it took somewhat over two weeks. I am glad it made it and glad you are happy with it.
