What Willie said. Nice work Greg
More progress on the frame. Im using (recycling) old tube I got a while back, think it was some form of racks or shelling. Its rusty but still has a certain amount of paint, took me an hour this morn to clean up 3, 6 foot lengths. If I valued my time it would probably be more cost effective to have bought new material.

Looking good Greg.
kids are going to have a blast when you get it finished
Looks like a good project to me, been there with the cleaning off of stuff that is not worth it but you just have to use it if its there Smile you can not go out and buy what you have there in your shop eh lol, well I can't anyway.

Looking forward to seeing the finished thing .
  Cheers Mick
More tube cleaning and we have the size established. Had planned on 8 feet long but looks like it will be 7 foot 7 inch by 46 wide. Drilled the side rails and welded in 3/4 pipe for stake pockets, easier than cutting square holes that line up top to bottom.

Darren, you must have me confused with someone much younger than I. Rotfl

I no longer TELL the ladies anything I just obey what my lady tells me. Worthy

Been busy with other peoples projects, but they help pay the bills. Cut the parts for the steering knuckles out of 3/8 plate, the cnc plasma table shines on stuff like this, if you can draw it it will cut it.

Decided to weld them up then handle the drilling as if they were castings. Will be easier to get the holes for the king pins lined up this way.
