I see your point, and makes sense, actually watching the machine sneak up to the measurement .... good one!

Digital is jumpy, and needs finessing to get it right, will keep this mode in mind.

I just remembered that I have a 2" DI kicking around in a drawer that I have never used. It came with a small granate stand I purchased to mount the Mitutoyo Digimatic Indicator that I got for a steal on eBay Big Grin

I think I can see how you have done it but a few more pictures would be good Dave.

Probably easier than following Apple's lead and adding a sticker that reads "Designed by ... in California..."
