Making some shafts today out of C1144 Stressproof Steel in our 2014 Haas ST20 Cnc Lathe. 

Small diameter is .312" +/-.00025", next is .3745" +/-.0005", then 1.00" +.0002"/-.0003". 

Bar stock size is 2.250" Dia. x 6.5" lg. 

With the thermal compensating ballscrews in this machine, it is a virtually, "set it and forget it" operation.

I really enjoyed visiting your shop last year and would have dragged you out for a beer had I come across for the conference last month.  It is a very nice set up that you have there.
