est is 30 and isnt up to specs like his dad with lathes n mills he knows enough to get in and outta trouble with them an knows they demand respect an caution when operating .
he asked me would it be worth buying a smaller seig ect mini lathe as he wants to make some internal carb parts an also wants to design his own carbs .my answer was the enco or g4003 we have will do most stuff but may be abit hard for making small parts around 1 to 2 mm upto 10mm
any input would be appreciated .
cheers in advance fellas Smiley-eatdrink004
Think if it were me, I would be on the look out for a watch maker's lathe, is my first thought.

Smiley-signs009 on the watch makers lathe.  Another option would be a used Myford.
