You guys get all the fancy crap, I just bought a new (to me) 12 gauge shot gun, I bought a 1953 Kessler bolt action, shot gun. Made from 1951 to 1953 in Silver Creek, NY, about 150 miles from the house.

As a young boy, my grandfather had a bolt action shot gun, every since then, I've wanted one.

I've never seen a bolt action 12 gauge although have seen .410's. I just googled the Kessler, it's a nice looking piece of machinery ! (In fact, from a certain perspective, it's a pretty scary looking piece of machinery, LOL.)

I've never seen one either, but a bolt action shotgun seems like a reasonable concept.
