Check out these posts. Pictures (file size) that are too large are a common reason. Try reducing the size and see if it works then.

Thanx Willie. I did in fact forget about file size limits, but this was a 25kb jpg, so probly not the issue.
The error was a blank white screen that said "the connection to the server was reset" it went on to say it could be the website was too busy and to try again later. Dont think that was it either.
I did also disable my VPN , adblocker etc...still the same.
Since others aint having issues, Its gotta be something on this end, but I'm not in any mood to track it down.
But seems Ed understands what I meant so no big deal. Thanx for tryin to set me straight though.

I also bought a label maker. Multiple years ago, in fact. It must be the 'using it' part I am missing.
I think I'm on my 5th label maker now. The first two were the old 'analog' Dymo embossing type miniature punch presses that were all the rage way back when.
I gave up on those when I started finding a bunch of labels just sitting on the floor all the time after they fell off of what they were previously stuck to. Then I went through a couple of newer Brother label makers when they started using thermal print heads instead. Those worked great for awhile too, until I started finding more labels all over the floor again. The last one started leaving blank streaks through the lettering when I would print a new label. I tried cleaning the print head a couple of times but it didn't help. I'm pretty sure a couple of the heating lines in the head died.
So now for #5 I've moved to an Epson printer a month or so ago. The reason being they have optional label cartridges available that have EXTRA industrial adhesive on the tape inside. If
those labels start falling off... I'm going to start labeling everything with my MIG welders!

Yeah I've been through that a couple of times myself. I don't know what I did wrong but I obviously screwed up some settings in my browser or something somehow. My personal I.T. manager (e.g. my daughter) just rolls her eyes at me and says - "What? Again!!!???"

Give it some time and let us know how the labels hold up. I had to resort to putting clear packing tape over my Brother labels to keep them from falling off toward the end of it's life. "You know you're a redneck when..."
After I get to the Philippines I'm ordering a 3D printer and a laser cutter. That will allow me to get my tool box organized from the start.

How long before the label start falling off? I have drawers around here that have had the brother thermal labels on them for a few years and some I can't peel off.
Usually less than a year. Some only lasted a month or two on painted steel G.I. ammo cans. And I've had a couple that fell off within an hour depending on the surface it was being stuck to. Plastics like blow molded tool cases were the worst. Cleaning everything with IPA before applying the labels didn't help any. The adhesive just wasn't very tacky at all.

Was that with the Brothers Extra Strength Adhesive labels?
I do have to admit that they aren't as sticky as I'd hoped. I did wipe all the bins with alcohol before labeling. Not much likes to stick to smooth plastic like that.
The biggest disappointment to me was that the labels are like store receipt paper. Not glossy at all.
We'll see how long they last.
