I made these "discs" out of 303 using my old SB lathe and HSS cutters - dry. Just used a slow speed, "light" cuts and sharp tooling.

FYI - Outer diameter is about 1".

Isn't that nice guys? Ed is making us all 'members' key rings, so we feel a sense of belonging and mate ship. Next Dave will post a video of the secret hand shake, PixMan is writing the club song and Willie is working out the club colours. Man, are we cool or what?
hi well me fly wheel on engine No13 is stainless steel i prefer HSS for stainless work but when i have had to use tungsten tipped tools i use Pound shop penetrating spray as cutting oil
