I had this brought to me and 2 of the holes were damaged. Mostly cosmetic but he wanted them fixed. I punched some copper plate on the ironworker 1/2" and tapped them into the holes. Then a little preheat and some vertical up with the mig wire and argon gas. A little grinding and done. Gotta love this wire

Another nice repair Bob. Which reminds me, I've got to start practicing my welding.

Bob,
What kind of wire are you using again? If you keep this up, I'm going to have to break down and actually buy a spool.
HTP has it also for 40 some bucks more. I payed 78 for the 2# spool...Bob
Wow. They are proud of that $tuff aren't they?
Willie, you bill the first client for the spool and then you make money on every job after that!
Nice work there Bob.

Regular NI rod is 30-50 bucks a pound so the price is about the same plus there is no waste as in little rod stubs. And you can do more with it easier so its really cheaper. The gas i already have...Bob
Bob,
Wow, I'm impressed again
You did actually weld it - didn't you - not another hole is it
You are certainly magic with the welding
