That looks a very nice boring head, nice addition to your workshop

A simple bar with a tool that can be slid in and out and set with a micrometer will get you by for one time jobs. Make several, setup on a scrap piece and write the bore sizes on them, put them in your toolbox for next time or change them as needed.
