Thanks everyone for the great comments.

I had more surgery in April, the shoulder let go again less than a year from the last repair.

gettin old ain't for sissies

Well I got as much done as I could with help from my neighbor just a little more to do to dial it in.

Here's some pictures and a short video hope you like it.

That a nice looking little mill and the little additions like the power feed and speed control make it even nicer. Now you've got me thinking about a digital speed control on mine. Chin

One thing I would like to caution you on (from experience) is the close proximity of the power strip to the spindle. Chips WILL find their way to the prongs of the plugs and not only scare the crap out of you, but likely cause other havoc as well. Just a heads up.

Tom
That is an excellent point, and the very reason I mounted the outlets for my machines overhead on the "ceiling" of my basement shop. Dang chips go everywhere and get into everything around, except for straight UP. Smile
Good to see you back Bob. I like that size of mill you have. Thumbsup

Ed
Thanks for the heads up Tom maybe I'll make a Plexiglas hinge cover for it.
Thanks Ed nice to be back.
Had a hard time logging in I had to re-register with a different email address.
