Today i stripped the base of the shaper i recently bought, Everything including the Vari-speed drive looks very good and tight, minimal wear.
Got it cleaned up ready to paint, then onto the shaper head itself.
Today I worked on the mount plate for the y-axis scale for my DRO. Yesterday I completed the x-axis install which was easier as the mounting surfaces are machined and not as cast so no draft to worry about.

Repaired the front diff on a side by side off road thingy. They'd hit a rock and punched a hole through the case. Forgot to get a photo before so here's one from inside.
And the patch. Welded good for my skill level, especially for cast. I think I weld too hot, I never get the nice sharp chevrons you see in the videos.
Neat little diff, even has a lock up, can just see the mechanism on the side.
Sasquatch, we still don't believe you have a shaper. Still no pictures.

Nice job Greg.
How much you going to charge them to fab up a skid plate now?

Dan,
I hope you're documenting that with lots of pictures with the intention of starting a thread.
