I believe the one that MSC has in their catalogue is the same so they are still available, no one here in CANADA home of we don't carry that has one so I have been thinling of getting one from MSC. tom
Ed, it looks a lot like the Baldor I have. I go along with the white wheel on the left but if you're using the the green one on the right for carbide it just doesn't cut it (so to speak). You have, of course read Harold-V's discourses. Can we argue against him?

Steve,
I just haven't gotten around to purchasing a diamond wheel to replace the HF supplied green piece of cement on the right side. It's on the list of thing to procure, soon.
We cannot argue against high speed Harold's discourse. I've done the grinder modifications on a 6" grinder to accept 7" surface grinding wheels per Harold and it does work as he says it will. It's great if you use HSS tool bits. I use both HSS (sorry Ken
) and carbide insert tooling.

I've seen Ken sharpen and use HSS.

John,
I know, that's what I've been doing the last couple of evenings when I get home from work. He's a real down to earth guy that would fit right in on this forum.

Yes, you did...
Sounds like
somebody needs to send "Keith" an invite.
