Thanks, been a long slow progression. Nice to finally see some form and be sure all the parts fit and lined up. Need to mill some slots and mounts for the motor and should have it spinning tomorrow. Can't remember if I mentioned Im using a DC tread mill motor from the dump (local recycle store),

For the moment its finished and does what it was it was originally intended to do, grind shaper and lathe cutters.

At some point I'll probably build mounts to hold end mills and drill bits and such, but for now it does a great and accurate job.

I'm curious how do you set it up to grind the other side of the bit?
