Our local CostCo sells both LED T4 replacements and complete units. IIRC, the bulbs are $19, and the fixtures are $29.
I've been buying up the fixtures one at a time and stock piling them. When we moved in 8 years ago, I did my shop with a mixture of free 8' fixtures and second-hand CL-find T8 fixtures, and now the ballasts are dying.

I feel your pain Sunset.
I completely screwed up my calculations on the pins of the charging pin removal tool I made on the weekend. Fortunately, one more pass made the mistake go away and I was able to do it again. Unfortunately, very few jobs have that room for error and often you have several hours into a part only to wreck it in 2 seconds.

I can make another pass at it. Funny thing is that I was dialing in against a round surface and kept telling myself it was a bad idea. I was right!

Needed 7 - 28 tooth #60 roller chain sprockets. At $20 each I thought I'd try making them. Took a LOT longer to draw than cut on the plasma table. Only 1/4 thick, think they should be about 3/8 but this is a low load slow situation so they should work.

So far I spent the majority of the day in the shop, cleaning and sorting. I had a quick job to do, so I spent almost all of the last 3 hours looking for a 1/8" carbide end mill. I finally found them, in the first drawer I looked in and multiple times afterwards. I thought they were 1/4" carbide end mills, I either need new glasses or learn how to read......................DAMN!!
I did find a few items, I was looking for, the odd nut and bolt, and other hardware, the 1/8" carbide end mills are a the red arrow
