HI well all my engines are made from scrap no castings I don't have a mill so a lt of the work is by hand this engen is my a temt at copeing a stuart turner horisontel No10 righ the cilender is made out of steel with the bace of the valve chest silver solderd to it it had a 16MM bore and 45MM stroke sum pics

hi having problem with pics bin to big i will shrink them dawn to put on the crank is made up and silver solderd together the fly wheel is a mix of a stanles steel rim with a brass web all cut out by hand valve chest made up in the 4 jaw chuck then the cehnter was chan drilld then cut out then filed sqher you will get a beter ider when i post the pics

HI all right the fly wheel is basacley mad up of two peses a stanles steel rim and a brass center the rim was hand cut fron a pece of stanles steel then the the center was chane drilld to remove the bulke of it then drest to sise in the lathe the brass center was marked out then drilld to ruff cut out the webs then hand filed then silver solderd up mor pics

Filed it, goodness Bob you sure can do a good job with a file.

Stainless steel bar you cut with a hack saw Worthy Now that is a feat in it's self.
