Sorry, my bad, the humor went right over my head. Darren I've been a day late and a dollar short on no less than 9 of these mikes in the last 25 years. They were always out of my price range. I saw one at an auction go for 5,300 dollars. No typo there. With S&H this one went for $100.56. I'm still on the pink cloud.

It actually seems strange that after 25 years of searching, bidding and losing that this quest is over. Kind of like having a void in your life. Guess I'll have to find something else to look for.

Wow! Nice tool those are.

So what do you think of it? Does it not have the nicest feel of any micrometer you've ever used? That's what I think of mine!
