This is slightly larger than the one on the book as my Boxford has a higher centre height ,than the Myford 7 it was originally built for

Hi John, taking the plans from ''the master'' eh? I have his book he really knew his stuff,all practical advice based on his own practice,I'll catch up with your videos now, I've been so busy out with the engine 4 weekends in a row,I knacked my guts dragging the trailer with the engine on & was off work [about 1 ton] round the yard so mrs artfull's got me a caravan mover this weekend. [she loves me really!!!]

I'm watching intently and taking notes! I have the book and am going to make this also. My version will combine features of my mill (X2) and lathe (7x14).
I'm going to copy the lathe spindle nose and the mill's R8 spindle.
