I repoured this part today along with a cast iron clamp handle for the top of the shaper, this part had some things wrong with it that I didn't like plus it was pretty hard to machine which shows in the shiny surfaces,
Anyway here is the video of the pour in which I poured a new part.
Don't pay any attention to the part in the video where things were spilled and the grass caught on fire under the bench. Things didn't go as planned and the melt didn't get as hot as it should of but there is always tomorrow.
