Tom, I don't know what % the solder I used was. It was a piece I found in my Dad's torch box. It could well be 50% or higher. Unfortunately, Dad is not here to ask. I do have a roll of known 45% that I bought. Next time I run into 50% or higher, I'll pick up some.
I will have to put one of the soldered blades on the saw and try it.
