Looking GREAT! Check the pitch against your machine's cross slide dial graduations yet? It should be good, though if it's not then the gearing for threading on my lathe is junk and every thread I've made is also junk.

I'm only waiting to hear news from Darren on the quill feed trip bracket fitting his Kondia, then I can sleep at night again.

Hi Ken,

I haven't checked it using the gauge block method you suggested. I did check it with the DRO and it's within less than .001" but that could be just because I can't turn the dial from zero to zero that accurately. I will do the measurement using your suggested method tomorrow. I may have a question or two about that method but I'll read through it again to make sure it's clear to me.
