This is in my 24' x 46', 3 car garage I added on back in 2004.

Radiant heat in the floor, fully air conditioned in the summer........yes folks......there's no place like home!

All my manual machines are in another section of the basement...

And my wife complains about our power bill Jawdrop

Nice shop.

This topic is SO interesting, seeing others shops and equipment/setups etc is very enjoyable viewing.

Jack,

Are those clamps hanging down from above? That's a lot of them!

Nice shop setup. Thumbsup

RE: Let's See Your Shop - Black Forest - 11-03-2012

I posted this over on HSM but I will post it here also. I am in the process of reorganizing my shop. Well that is not true exactly in the fact that the re part could be removed. The shop was my hay barn and measures 10meters x 20meters and is on the second floor with drive in access from the back.

It actually looks better now than in the video of a few days ago. The perspective is not right on the video but it gives you an idea of the chaos.

I am having the walls closed in and insulated. The part with the machine tools will be heated.

My shop looks almost identical to ToolCat's don't you think?

Of course, we will require an "after" video. Looks like it'll be a very nice space for a shop once it's all insulated and walled in.

That is the back side of the shop from the outside. It is part of my house. The roof you see in the video is being replaced soon. The tiles are beginning to show their age. The house was built in 1724. Not so old for a German house. Only close to three hundred years old.
