I've never cut a gear so I guess it's better to screw up a bunch of small gears rather than large ones.  Smile

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting. It'll likely be next summer before I tackle that one. It's a very involved project so will be a good challenge.

Tom,

I was wondering if there's an error in the drawing for the knurl holder? You list dimensions for the dowel holes as .250 +.000/-.001 thru and the other one as .250 +.001/-.001 to slot. I was wondering if the to slot should be .250 +.001/-.000?
