Wong, sounds like a plan! Carefull on the edges with a carbide tool in the router and you're good to go.

Funny you should say that, my supplier for the little pieces I use is a local kitchen and bathroom guy that always has a load of cutout sections from sinks and cook tops as well as the normal offcuts.

Maybe you can look up a local kitchen guy?
