....And I'm not telling.

All I can say is that if this goes the right way I'll be happy for the guy.

BTW, how do you keep a moron in suspense?

I'll tell you tomorrow.

Did Pete win the eBay auction on that horizontal mill?

Is Russ getting a new CNC lathe with live tooling?

Are you getting that minimum 10HP CNC mill that is on your 5 year plan?

Did Ed find a full size vertical mill?

EDIT - all ruled out. I'm not very good at this guessing game

I'm thinking it has something to do with a can of pink paint. Ooooooh!!! Ed's getting a new full size pink vertical mill!!!

RE: Someone may have a new toy soon - Mayhem - 05-14-2015

Pink paint?

RE: Someone may have a new toy soon - Vinny - 05-14-2015

Bridgeport didn't make 'em in pink so ya gotta make that mill pink somehow.

RE: Someone may have a new toy soon - Mayhem - 05-14-2015

Unfortunately we can remove Pete from my list of possible candidates.

I'll go with 'something with two wheels'.

Are you guys thinking it is a new motorcycle and not a metalworking machine?

If that is the case we can rule Ken out, as I know how much he loves his current ride.

I never said he was getting rid of his current ride.  Big Grin

And he did use the word "toy" versus "tool".

EDIT: I'm changing my guess. I just noticed this thread is in the lathes section. I'm going along with Darren's guess now.
