Here is the latest video demonstrating how to achieve better accuracy in a kurt vise by positioning the work piece properly. Also, shows modifications I made for better accuracy.

Good tip - If I don't have a matched block I use a machinist jack to achieve the same thing.

Have never even payed much attention to the back jaw before, now a nother project im going to have to look into.
