NICE. I have chainsaws and welders and mix them too. Here is an aluminum side cover i made for a customer that couldn't find one...Bob

Bob,

Wow, nice cover you've made there. Is that indented portion a piece of solid aluminum welded to the sheet aluminum or was it made with a die and formed into the sheet aluminum?

It is a chunk of solid 1/2" x 2" sq bar behind the hole for the correct spacing. The cover is made from 4 pcs migged together. I have some more pics of covers i made a few years ago...Bob
