1st part I've made. - Swarf_Newbie - 11-08-2018
Here be the first part I have made on a lathe since the very early 80's!
Its a 1/2" unf silencer adaptor for a CO2 rifle I use for ratting.
And its also my first proper attempt at anodising!
No laughing!

Also my 1st attempt at screw cutting a barrel......not so good, but practice makes perfect(so they say!)

Some might say its been a long time between drinks :) Here's a picture of the first part with left hand thread I made on my Lantaine Lathe September 2017 (the 1" nut was bought from a Nuts & Bolts supplier):
