RE: a new compound slide - TOM REED - 06-25-2012

Very nice work Bob, I have a set of excellent plans for a QCTP that I bought on the Internet, I am not at home so can not send you the link but steve also has a copy perhaps he can send you the link. You would be able to do a great job on it, the plans are only $15.00 and if you like them and can not afford them I will pay for them if only you do posting on the build as it would help me in my build. tom

RE: a new compound slide - krv3000 - 07-02-2012

hi just thought of something the problem with the new set up is when you undo the 4 fixing points to move the compound slide the hole lot moves to fix this problem put two lengths of plate in between the fixing bolts that are a snug fit in to the channels on the Cross slide and fix them to the clamping plate problem solved
