Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. You take it on the chin. The front case slipped and I missed it. It cannot be fixed. The last flat is off location by 2 degrees and too small. This will set me back a week or so. I am already cutting the new blank. That is all I will do today. Bummer>

I've been there, done that, and it really smarts. The good thing is that the second attempt always goes faster than the first.

Thanx guys, I needed that, I'm a little down at this point. That was over 35 hrs work down the tube. It happens to the best and you never are ready for it. Glad I don't drink.

to put it plainly that sucks, I hate it when that happens and I'm a long way from doing projects that take that long.

After 40+ years at this, I've made plenty of mistakes. The trick is to shove them away as fast as possible. If you leave the bad part in plain sight you will take longer to get back to business.
