The kids are all back together just waiting for mama to arrive.  Smile

I pulled a muscle in my leg yesterday getting the table off the platform and into the entryway. I called it quits for the day to heal up and today I was good to go. It took some doing to get it down. That's one heavy table.  Sweat  I put some of those furniture glides underneath the sled as it touched down so I could move it around on the cement floor. It worked real well.

Now to figure out how to get mama down there.  Chin

Nice job on the carriers, you still need to get the engine hoist down right? Then the assembly begins.... ?

Two questions. 1) what are you using as a hard point? 2) Could you attach some heavy duty iron/steel casters to the sled for the main body? Or used 1/2" or so rod to roll it down?

I'm not sure what you mean by "hard point". 17428

I'm not worried about getting it down the planks into the basement. Gravity is my friend. It's getting it off of the pallet and building a sled for it to anchor to. It can't lay on its side, it won't fit through the doorway.
