Aw the joys of geometry, one of the many classes we thought we'd never need. Steve that difference in dia on the pins moves the point contact on the angled part so they could well move apart .0046. I know I tried to do the calculation a while back and screwed it up. Maybe Ed would be big hearted enough to use your pin size in his drawing.
