Hi Ed,

Cnc milling in almost every instance is climb milling.

Easier on the machine, longer tool life, and a better finish than conventional milling.

Yes, the 340 pcs does take a long time, especially with 5 handlings.

Would be nice to have a horizontal for this job!

The order though comes in as a blanket order with four lots of 85 pcs due every other month. We typically run off half the order, ship 85pcs and inventory the rest, then when the inventoried 85pcs ship we run off the remaining 170pcs and the cycle repeats again later in the year.
