That is awesome. I love hearing stories like that. It gives me hope to hear that there are still people out there that are genuinely good down to earth people and aren't driven only by that almighty dollar. He could have sold that but instead he thought of you and you had enough respect and generosity to buy things you really probably didn't need in return. I applaud you.
I love my Dorian QCTP but personally if I were in a situation like yours I would install the Aloris for nothing more than sentimental reasons. It will mean something to you every time you see it and use it.
