Yes it is. I ended up paying $450 for it from Enco w/free shipping. Thumbsup

The funny thing is, I bought the 6" (D675) at the same time and it sat in the box for two years before I ever needed to use it. The 4" handles 90% of anything I do on the mill. [Image: spamafote.gif]
