So that should have been the question in your original post - "How do I figure out the bearing spacing..." Big Grin

I'm sure there are a few on here who can help out. Your other option is to get two bearings and set them up in your bench vise, using a bolt through each to enable them to be gripped and still spin. You can then adjust the gap between them and see how different sized shafts fit. Not the most technical way but might solve your problem.
