No pictures, but Im getting ready to route my cable from motor to switch, and I needed some small "cable clamps" (think conduit clamp looking things). The hardware store had nothing I liked last time I was there, so I made some today. I made a small fixture consisting of a piece of scrap 2"x2"x1/4" angle scrap, with two 3/8" diameter crs pins pressed into it, seperated the width of the material (thin sheet metal, maybe 18ga??) I drilled and reamed a 5/16" hole in the angle, and turned the ends of the pins down to 5/16" for about 1/4" length, I pressed in the first pin, then placed the material up against it and held a 3/8" transfer punch up against the material to get my location. Drilled and reamed the second hole and pressed that pin in.
The clamps are about 5/8" wide, I played around after making the few I need for this project. I made some different types, I will post some pics of them tomorrow, judging I remember.......lol. Oh, I used 3/8" pins because my cord is about 3/8" diameter.
