Yes - I read your post Chuck. What I am saying is the following:
1. Many tool holders have the part numbers for screws, shims etc stenciled on them. If not, you should be able to look it up based on the tool holder nomenclature and the manufacturer (well the quality manufacturers you can and I have no knowledge of Lamina).
2. Whilst you have contacted them, I would not try to make/modify or otherwise rectify a situation that the supplier should be able to do for you.
