Still no Bearing material. I am going to go with Naval Brass for now. There should not be enough heat generated by the linear motion to cause any problems. It's just too slow. One is done. The wife is sick again so my day is shot. Sometimes Life just gets in the way.

Not yet Ed, you have one more then you are done. Sheet #8 -- The .750 offset of the pin should be 1.000. The Filer stroke is 2 inches, not 1.500.

The .750" offset of the pin and because the pin is .5" dia will give a stroke of 2"
