I agree with Darren and think you would be OK Ed. But you could also cut a piece of 4x4 to stick into the motor opening between your pallet and the bottom of the casting (now UP) to spread some of the load to the solid bottom of the casting. Cheap insurance and it might make you feel a little better about it.
