Double Action? i.e. pull the trigger and it also cocks the hammer.

OK, thanks for that Ron. I know what single and double action means but the DA and SA went right over my head. Blush

Sorry for posting the abbreviations instead of spelling them out.
I deal with firearms everyday, so they are normal for me.
Thanks to Ron for explaining them on the forum.

Kahr used to describe them as a "bite size pistol, with a BIG bite".
The extended magazines give a little extra grip on the gun along with an additional round of ammo.
And technically it is a DAO pistol. (Double action ONLY.) Many DA guns can be fired in single action as well as DA.

Nice Willie. I looked hard at the .40, but settled on the 9mm because it will fit nicely in a pocket. Uncle George makes a nice pocket holster for it.

Let's say I don't want a shotgun. It doesn't matter why. What would be a good pistol for both home defense and CC given that I'm a small old fart?
I don't mean to hijack your thread Tom so tell me to get lost if I'm guilty of said offense. Blush
