Personally, I'd pass on that tool set. I'm not sure why you'd need a 45 degree and 50 degree chamfering tool when you can just turn the 45 degree tool if you need a 50 degree chamfer. Plus, I have no idea what they mean by "2 pointed turning tools". You'll probably never use the "side/face left hand". Or at least very seldom. My advise would be to buy two better quality right hand tools that take CCMT inserts. You can chamfer with that tools also. Then purchase additional tools as needed. Don't forget the inserts. Don't cheap out on those.
Are you sure your lathe can handle 12mm (1/2") shank tools?
