Quality seems to be at the "Enco low priced imported tools" level.

Free shipping ... at least on the few items I've purchased.

From what I've seen on YouTube, Vevor is hit or miss when it comes to what they sell. I think the newer stuff is starting to have better quality, kind of like Harbor Freight.  Smiley-gen163

I've had, and still have some, Vevor items. I've had heat presses and they worked well. Only reason I don't still have them is I upgraded to larger machines. I still have a rotary for the laser and a 34" vinyl cutter. They seem to be a bit better than some of the nameless brands out there.
Logan 200, Index 40H Mill, Boyer-Shultz 612 Surface Grinder, HF 4x6 Bandsaw, a shear with no name, ...
