Next a bit of a clean up were the clamp will run .




And a chamfer on the outer edge ,, sharp edges get damaged easily when knocked .




Then i decided to surface grinned the base .




Then clean up the top on the mill .



this face was also ground .



Thats all the machining done to that :) a few money shots .





And one next to the Keats for comparison .



Suppose i better make the clamps now .
