Ok so it's not a machining project, but if Greg can do wood, I can do automotive.
When I bought my new truck, I liked the look of the two-tone paint that was offered, but didn't like the fact that the lower part was gloss black. I decided to order it in monotone paint and then wrap the lower part myself in satin vinyl to get the two tone look with a lot more durability and I've always wanted to wrap a car, so this seemed like a good opportunity. It looked a lot easier in the videos, but I did get the hang of it after a while and managed to get one side nearly done on Sunday. The other side should go better now that I'm a pro.
