got back to work on the nozzle for my furnace that I've been messing around with the last couple of days, after finding the one part that was messed up and making a new part for it, I decided to see if I could make the orfice that goes in the end of it.
its not very pretty but trying to cut 6 slots in the end of a 1/4" diameter rod isn't one of the things that I do everyday, sorry no pics of the setup. It took longer to get it set up then it did to cut the 6 tiny slots.
hole in the end of it was drilled with a #57 carbide drill.
